Club Enjoyment

One membership. Every pour, every purchase.

Balter's loyalty program. Earn points at the bar, online and in the taproom store, then spend them on real rewards that only cost points when they're used. It runs in your browser and signs you in without a password.

Simple to join. Worth using.

Sign up with an email or mobile number. From then on, every beer and every purchase counts.

Tiers that mean something

Bronze from day one. Silver at 500 points earns 1.25×. Gold at 2,000 points earns 1.5× on everything.

Rewards that just work

Pick a reward when your balance covers it. Points only leave your account the moment the reward is actually applied — never before.

Earn everywhere

Every tab at the taproom, every order on balter.com.au, every hoodie at the register. One point per dollar, more as you climb the tiers.

A card in your wallet

Your membership card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with your QR code, tier and balance always current.

No passwords

Sign in with an emailed link, a texted code or your face. There is simply no password anywhere in the system.

More ways to earn

Refer a mate and you get 200 points, they get 100. A birthday bonus every year. Check in at launches and events with a QR code.

Order a beer. Earn a beer.

Balter's side

Behind the bar

  • Rewards are set up once in the admin console — "$8 off your next tab" for 200 points, with a minimum tab if you want one.
  • GoTab only ever shows what the member can afford, and says why when they can't. No arguments at the bar.
  • Every redemption is logged with who applied it. The reconciliation view shows the day's rewards at a glance.

Codes that follow your balance.

Balter's side

In the back office

  • One Shopify discount per reward, created from the admin form: dollars off, percent off, free shipping or a free product.
  • Codes are issued and withdrawn automatically as balances move, so there is never a list to manage.
  • Points settle from Shopify's paid-order notification. Refunds put the points back.

Merch counts too.

  • Nothing new to set up. The same rewards and rules as online apply in store.
  • In-store sales are tagged separately in the ledger, so you can see what merch does for loyalty.

What we never store

No card or payment details, ever. Shopify and GoTab handle payment. No home address and no full date of birth.

Your data, your call

Export everything you've earned, or delete your account, yourself, in the app. Marketing email only if you opt in, and you can opt out any time.

For Balter

Hosted in Australia. Every admin change is logged and can't be edited. Each brand's members are isolated at the database level, not just in the app.

Everything the big platforms do. Plus the bar.

Antavo and Marsello are the benchmarks. Club Enjoyment matches the features that matter and adds the one neither has: the taproom.

Native GoTab

Earn and redeem on the tab itself. No SaaS loyalty platform lists a GoTab integration.

Your data

Members and history live in Balter's own database, exportable in one click. On a SaaS platform they live with the vendor.

No per-member fees

Hosting is a flat monthly cost. The platforms charge per member or per transaction, so the bill grows with your success.

Each brewery sets its own rewards, tiers, earning rules and look. Nothing is shared unless Asahi decides it should be.

Name, colours, tiers and a first earning rule, and the program exists. It takes minutes.
